This is our Caron Shelter Rescue Dog, Opal! She is 10 years old, missing one eye, and partially blind in the other eye.
We wanted to adopt a senior dog. When we first met Opal, her personally shined right through the wires of the kennel she was in- She was a hoot! Sweet, funny, and playful, her favorites are food and napping. She has the cutest old lady bark ever! I’d like to use her instagram to remind people to adopt often overlooked senior and disabled dogs; and always check their local shelter.
